Somehow I managed to get myself and the two kids (holiday today, daycare closed) to the YMCA for my favorite aerobics dance class.

I don't sleep well unless I exercise. For the last month or so during the holidays, various colds and Matt's bacterial infection, have meant nooo exercise. (Shouldn't take sick kids to the YMCA daycare, and of course I don't go if I am sick).

It's nice to feel pleasantly muscle tired and brain dead, instead of just brain dead and wound up : - )

Matt and I are heading up to Michigan this Thursday. Matt will campout (i.e. get spoiled) at Grandma and Grandpa Dale's while I attend ConFusion near Detroit. Tom and Nick are staying home to enjoy some time together without Matt or "Mom" about *wry grin.*

The house should be in one piece when we return next week :-)
