Now I know what "death warmed over" feels like.

I am quite sick, I think with a nasty case of strep throat. Sudafed and Tylenol are keeping my mucus and sharp headaches at bay, but I still feel pretty disgusting.

I am a bit frustrated because I just got over a lovely sinus infection during Christmas, which wasn't helped by the chain smoking relatives who stayed at my parents. The smoke was disgusting, more disgusting than how I feel in fact.

Needless to say, we're not staying there again if the said relatives are staying there too. I was developing a lovely cough, Matt was beginning to make "whooping" noises, and we felt trapped. My Mother isn't happy about this, but that's just the way it is.

I am going to the doctor's tomorrow, and taking Matt to make sure he hasn't picked this up. For whatever reason, no one in my family got Strep the last time I got it (last summer) and they don't appear to have it now. I am glad for them, and looking forward to getting my anti-biotics in time to recover for Gafilk.
